池島フーズ訪問

今日はフォーラム21の定例企業視察会で茶そばの池島フーズを訪問。そばの手打ちの良さを如何に機械で実現するか、その苦労を垣間見ることができました。また掃除の必要性を痛感。一日1時間というのは脱帽。今のトリイソースは15分。
I joined the bi-monthly site tour held by Forum21 and went to Ikeshima Foods, famaous green-tea noodle manufacuturer, this morning. Impressed with the efforts to reach the hand-made quailty by adopting elaborate machineries. Also spending an hour for the daily facility cleaning is amazing while ours do for 15min/day.
